Well let me just be the first to say I have sucked at this blog over the past few months! It has been since March when I wrote last! Ugh, did I say I did awful! I'm sorry guys! I have been so consumed by one thing: SCHOOL! Let me tell you, I can't wait to be done (next Spring, the countdown is on!) Between finishing out the spring semester/finals, deciding to go full force and take a Maymester class, and then jumping off the deep end and deciding to take an accounting class in June, let's just say I have been very very close to pulling all of my hair out! But it only 4 short class days (not including today of course) I will be chilling until August 18th. Whew, I can't wait! Now don't get me wrong I will still be working, but o how joyous to only go to work and not try to juggle school as well for a month and a half! So off of that rant, I will give you a glimpse of what has been going on lately:

• Got a new puppy! His name is Max and he is 16 weeks old this week. He is mostly lab with a little golden retriever mix! He is the sweetest and we are so happy to add him to our family!!

• Went to Monck's Corner, SC for Daniel to compete in the SC Lineman Rodeo, which he won in the apprentice division!!! YAH!

• Got a new job working for the county (Richland Co.: County Columbia is in) in the accounting department (YAH!!!)
• Had a lovely Memorial Day weekend visit from my family
• Went home for the husband to go skydiving with his brothers for their "bachelor" time before the wedding, long story short they got almost there and they called and said it was too windy and they would not be able to go, tried the next week and it rained, so needless to say we paid $185 to go, they haven't been able to go yet, and no refunds available YAH!
• My dear best friend from high school got married on June 9th! It was a fun weekend of celebration which began on Friday for our bridal luncheon! The wedding was beautiful and the reception was so much fun! Mucho dancing and fun went down there! The lovely couple got to spend a week in Hawaii for their honeymoon!

• Daniel's brother Matthew married his high school sweetheart beautiful Cristen this past saturday June 16th! This was a very sweet ceremony and they were full of smiles the entire time! This was  a long time coming! We've joked with Daniel's other brother David that he has a lot of standards to find in the girl he marries one day! Both me and Cristen dated the Rabern boys for 5 years before getting married, we both have blonde hair, we both cheered in high school, and our birthdays are June 30th & July 1st. So needless to say David better start looking now! LOL
